So who is Vince Delmonte of Live Large TV? Find out here…
When looking back only a few decades, people mainly had to resort to simply eating right and doing some basic home exercises in their attempt to live a healthy life and lose weight. However, medical science has allowed us to discover over time that the human body is far more complex than we ever imagined it, and the methods which our predecessors used aren’t exactly the most effective. As a result, there are many fitness experts and trainers such as the renowned Vince Delmonte who came up with their own programs based on what they believe to be the most effective approach to weight loss and muscle building. Before looking into how Vince wants to tackle the subject, it is necessary to learn a bit more about his life, mainly to see whether or not he truly knows what he is talking about.
The Early Years
To start things off, Vince mentions how throughout his school years up until university people called him “Skinny Vinny”. A quick glance at pictures of him during those years makes his nickname seem very appropriate. While it is true that he had a lot of trouble putting on weight, it should be noted that he was competing in the Triathlon and actually represented his country, Canada. In addition to that, he was also part of the Ontario Varsity Track and Cross Country teams for four years, and he was even nominated to become a captain. However, that didn’t really solve his problem: he was unable to sculpt his body into what he wanted it to be.
The Beginning of the Transformation
Sometime around May 2002, Vince Delmonte decided to dedicate himself to muscle building as much as possible, and six months later he actually went through a very notable transformation; he developed a six pack, strong core muscles, powerful quadriceps and lean biceps. It wasn’t bad by any means of measure, but for the next couple of years he didn’t progress much… as a matter of fact he regressed as he started to put on a lot of fat which made him the “dreaded ‘Skinny Fat Guy’” as he put it.
Naturally, he was far from being satisfied with the looks he developed, which according to him were worse than when he started out in university. Fortunately, he never was the type of person to give up easily and so he undertook a 12-week body transformation program. The results? He actually managed to develop the body he always wanted; healthy, lean and ripped.
